I have found  a couple of useful sites to visit.  On Instagram Theirishbralady has loads of real life examples of different breast sizes as well as videos on swoop and scoop. You can compare sizes and my 32DDs are not so big after all.   On Reddit the Abrathatfits group  is really helpful and inclusive.   On Facebook there is an Affirming Gynecomastia group but it's not very active.
