I have male pattern baldness myself, but that hasn't seemed to stop the girls growth. Many women have this same issue, but not as severe as we can have it.

Having worn a bra daily for a long time, I have had countless haircuts wearing a bra.

Now my wife cuts my hair, and does a nice job. Of course she knows, she washes my bras for me. No massage though.

I had a similar experience as the barbershop story, but it was at a nail salon.  First time at this shop wearing a bra.  I had a pedicure - at the end they give you a back rub which I had forgot about.  After the back rub, the girl went off and the manager came back and gave me another back rub.  Yes, caught.  It really didn't bother me that it happened, got kind of a laugh about it.
