I have to say, being encapsulated in a well fitting bra all day I feel great!

It's shower time and I'm ready for the weekend.  I have to say, wearing is so routine and normal, I don't even think about it.  I have learned to take life and what it gives in stride.

I hope everyone gets there at some point.

I just love what life has given me and the curves.  I'm me and that's that!  I like how I'm built and embrace it. Who would have thought picking out bras would be a part of my daily routine? Sorry no picks yet.  Working on that. Wearing My 40D Wacoal Minimizer bra.

How are you coping?  Embracing it?  Having fun with it?

Wearing a bra daily does become routine and I generally forget I am wearing one most of the time as it goes about its business of holding my breasts comfortably in place. When I do become aware of my bra it is always a positive feeling that I am being true to myself and my needs.

By contrast I would be much more aware of the sensation of being braless.
If the bra fits, wear it.

Necessary here.  If I don't, the pain sets in.  But LORDY Lord in heaven I do say, that having them held in place is grace upon grace at times.

It's been so long since I was not so busty, I don't remember what's it like to not have the sensation of needing support and dealing with my breasts. I have had them my whole adult life. A bra has become a need for comfort and control.

Yes, you can call it "the hug of a bra". It's a very nice and comfy feeling I wouldn't want to be without for my breasts.
A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

For me, describing it as a hug I feel makes it seem normal and a part of my wardrobe.  Feeling them contained and managed is a comfort.  I don a bra and go about my day without a second thought.

Well I only started wearing a bra two months ago. Well back then I was wearing one all day on the weekends and after work during the week. It took me a few weeks before I started wearing them to work. After I got passed my fear of being discovered I started wearing them every day from the moment I wake up until I go to bed.

I LOVE my bras. They are VERY comfortable and I am starting to forget I am even wearing a bra.

From the moment you wake up? You take a shower with your bra on?

Yes, soon after we start wearing bras, it becomes second nature to us.  It is not a question of whether we will wear a bra today, but which bra, depending on what we are doing, wearing, and feeling.

Not sure that G-man's comment was meant to be taken literally, but anyways, who says everyone showers in the mornings?

Well, I do. But even if he doesn't shower every morning, maybe he showers once a week, which doesn't change his comment.

I get up, do the kitchen work, go to the bathroom to clean my teeth, to shave and take a shower.
Then I put on my clothes without a bra and have my breakfast.
After all of this is finished I put on my bra.
In the evening I take off my bra as many women do, to have some hours braless before going to bed.

You missed my point. He might be someone who showers every evening instead.

Anyways, I'm not wishing to get bogged down in semantics with you, I just found the literal meaning of his comment more plausible than you did, that's all.

Some of us need or want that hug all the time. For those times I turn to my sleep bra. There are times when for a thousand different reasons, light support overnight is needed, wanted, required. In those cases the only time I am not in a bra is when I am taking a shower. So it's possible.

For sure. After I dry off it is the first thing I put on in the morning. It would seem weird not to put on a bra.

When it becomes routine you mostly forget you are even wearing a bra most of the time. When you are out in public you are not thinking about your bra, just your engagement with others.

I guess a "hug" is a good way to put it. Certainly feel the support from the cups and underwires. I feel it initially when I put it on, but quickly get used to it and dont think about it. Unless it isn't fitting right and needs fine tuning. Also, I feel it when i'm moving around but it doesn't botherme at all. Another thing too, sometimes when the straps slide down my shoulders, but it isn't a big deal unless the straps is really loose. Usually this happens after sitting awhile, then the straps slowly starts to slide down my shoulders. I usually just bring them back up and go on. I'm whatever about it though, its just goes with wearing a bra and prefer not to be braless.

However, it did take some time to getting used to the feeling of the straps and finding the most comfortable position on my shoulders. Also figuring out how tight I want the straps. I like to have the straps snug but not digging, and straps sitting around my shoulder joints. I don't like them to far in, i don't find it comfortable.
