1)  How long have you been wearing one?
- Half year... Started wearing one mainly for support, as they bounced too frequently, and also were getting too big to go braless.

- I buy my bras by myself, but also, I don't like everyone to notice, so I go shopping when there's very few persons in the store.

- This highly varies, sometimes on Wal-Mart, and well, a friend of mine did me the favor to go and buy one that I liked to Victoria's Secret, currently, it's my fave.

       It's been over 20 years for me.

       I wear mainly soft cup full support bras. Playtex, Underscore, etc.
       I have a couple of underwire bras that I wear occasionally.

       My EX bought me my first bra. My current lady friend accepts my bra wearing as she has known from the start.

       As in #3....Yes, it is just clothing to her as well.

       I usually buy my own now. Lady friend has purchased that she found on sale and thought I would like.

1)  How long have you been wearing one?  For about 10 years as my gynecomastia got worse, and it became uncomfortable to not wear one!


2)  What style works best for you?  The style varies by fit, I prefer plain no wire, but comfort and support are most important!


3)  Does your spouse/partner accept the fact that you wear a bra?  Yes my wife fitted me and did the measuring for correct size, she even bought my first bra!


4)  Does your spouse/partner just see a bra for you as an article of clothing? Yes she does, as do all my friends and family!


5) Do you buy your own bra, or does your spouse/partner!  Both, sometimes we go together and both buy new bras!


6)  Where do you buy your bras?  J C Penney's, Dillards, Target, Sears, Victories Secrets, Walmart.

I am new to this site and yes I do wear a bra from time to time, I have several different makes and styles and it took a long time to find a bra that fit me good with little projecting out front , I found that the Mastectomy bras in a camisol full coverage style offer the best fit and support for me. I have an underwire oriental  bra that was less expensive to try out, it is very good quality and very comfortable and offers good support but it's a bit to frilly and the back strap is only two hook design I found that the wide three hook in back and front closer bras seem more comfortable for me. I have had gyno for most of my life and I am 57 years old now, I lost a 100 pounds a couple years ago and am down to 175 now with no reduction in breast size  I was a 38A befor and I still am .  I started to take testoserone treatments in the form of a gell several months ago and it seems as though I am getting a little fuller breasts, is this normal? I think wearing a bra is great for support, I don't advertise it openly but I do celibrate it to a certain amount for the fact that yes I do need support as much as a women doe's with the same size breasts does, so why not it is only clothing, I don't dress up as a female and parade around, my wife supports me in this and thats all that matters. I really hope this helps some others who are tired of being bound like a mummy in tight hot compression vests, I tried them they suck!

2)  What style works best for you? A compression type front fastening sports bra with racer back (straps don't show).  Much cooler and easier to put on than a compression shirt.  Also I am not overweight and do not need my stomach compressed.
