I prefer French Cut panties. I ditched my boy boxers and tighty-whities a year ago when I started wearing only women's tight jeans. No room for all that extra uncomfortable fabric constructing men's underpants. Besides, I don't need any extra fabric to cover my small front bits.

My normal daywear is ladies shorties, they are pretty much unisex anyway and I have no worries letting them get seen by doctors etc.

Night time is normally white cotton and lace full briefs. Granny panties, lol.

I do have a variety of other stuff, like stretch nylon lace trimmed regular panties and some old style shapewear as well, depending on my mood.

In all cases each of them is more comfortable than what I used to wear!

When I was working, I traveled a lot.  Always had everything organized and never had a problem.

After I retired, my wife and I began traveling even more.  One time, I forgot my underwear.  She offered one of her panties.  I was amazed at the difference.  I wear jockey french cut panties.  Only black, so we can separate them after laundering.

I like bikini cut.. They are just less bulky and comfortable if you get the correct fitting ones.  I have none that are like lacy or girly really.. Many of my pairs could pass as men's briefs if I like ended up in the ER..  My new ones are theses I kind of like the cheeky cut as I have no butt its not terribly cheeky.

I like bikinis and cheeky cut. Every now and then I will venture into a tanga or thong. They just fit better than mens underwear and are so much more breathable...

Funny, since by all accepted standards I'm small in stature at 5'3" and even men's underwear are minimally usable but they at least held me reasonably well. Panties I tried were either diaphanous, stretchy or both insufficient enough to support me.

Recently I saw an unnamed brand online that appeared to have a crotch area wide enough for a man's physical "features" and gave them a try. WOW! I'm sooo glad I did! I never realized how often I was adjusting myself before now. I have yet to note that I adjust myself at all so I bought two dozen and threw away the majority of the men's styles.

Same here. Once we are for sure done having kids, I'd like to just be rid of it all

Not in panties but the boy parts have been removed 4 weeks ago. Sitting in a chair, car or 5 gallon bucket  is a new and pleasant experience. No crushing sensations or trapping of the equipment. The need for support has evaporated. I understand the speculation that is being expressed.

Surgery was a snap, genera anesthesia with a low abdominal approach. Bilateral scars about 2 inches long. Healed in a week and a half . Steri strips showered off about them, no need to use strong pain killers. Used ibuprofen for discomfort three times.
A dental cleaning can hurt more in my opinion.
