I mean someone closer who you can talk to personally.

Sometimes a grandparent makes a better confidant than does a parent for several reasons. They are older and somewhat removed from the daily concerns that parents have yet they are close enough to be caring. Give this some thought.

I sorta thought that you did get that in here.

But ultimately it is your decision, no one here really can know your actual situation.

If you can wear one and it helps make you feel better like less bouncy/jiggly, or more firm, less nipple seen or less back pain or less pain in the breast itself from bouncing, then by all means you won't be hurting anyone but yourself.  But in your country if you get "caught" or "outed", then what are the consequences?   Can it be seen or will someone feel it?  What will you do then?

No one can make the decision for you.  We can give some ideas of the consequences or issues we face on wearing or not wearing.  Are the risks going to outweigh the benefits?

If you are a 40DD, you had absolutely better be seeing a dr, if you are a 40A, you probably should, but I can't see it being harmful to you, but it CAN continue to grow, and eventually someone, even a dr, is going to see it or have to see it.  If you are a 40DD a bra would likely be mandatory, but a 40A probably not.  Make sense?

You have to wash a bra, you probably have to have more than one, so somewhere that needs to be addressed too.  So someone might find it, you can't guard it 24/7.

It sounds like you probably shouldn't for local customs reasons, but being we don't have pictures or sizes or you haven't seen a dr, no one can give you an idea based on if you are similar to them.

I would still see a dr.  They have to maintain some level or confidentiality with you, so talk to them, heck, get an appt with a dr and see what they say about it.

To receive help, it would be necessary for you to either post pictures here or actually consult someone locally.

No one can be of any further help to you simply because you are asking us to work blind.

Yeah, no doubt about it, you need to see a Dr ASAP.  That isn't going to get better on its own and could get bigger causing more problems for you.

How old are you?

In addition to seeing a doc, I dont think there is any question you should be wearing a bra.

I imagine you will need a combination of major breast reduction surgery, likely requiring overnight stay at a hospital in addition to some kind of hormonal therapy with an endocrinolgist.  Not wearing a bra would cause quite a bit of back pain I'd imagine.

Something isn't right here. Not only do the breasts themselves look slightly different in shape, but the areolas and nipples appear different, as well as being in different positions on the breast. Also, why is there a distorted band across each one? Please explain.

This is the best advice for you.  A bra isn't the answer, might address some of the problem, but one would accentuate the problem too, but below is by far the best advice for you.  SEE A DOCTOR.  Don't avoid it, if you have to go to a different city to see one, do it.  Call and talk to a dr office anonymously and see what they say.
