To Sophie's point, after acceptance and acceptance of support garments is found a happier disposition and life will follow.
One thing I learned as I have navigated this is after I have learned from the group others come into the fold they to ask the same questions I once did and now learn, often allowing the same topic to resurface but with a new and often insightful reply.
As noted after wearing for many years a new question or situation comes up and a new bra style is needed and learned.

  A good group this lot.
Exactly!♥️

While I do believe that most of you will never have to shop for a strapless bra, it is good to asked the questions to others here who have encountered certain fitting issues. Chances are that someone has had the same problem and has overcome it. Women are always networking out their wardrobe issues. And yes, bras are usually the most popular topic that we discuss.

Yeah, acceptance of your breasts, and the need for a bra is key.
What I have found out through "trial and error" is that not everyone's suggestion is the right choice for me.
I have wasted lots of time and money on suggestions. That and the fact that I ordered online.
Today I am actually planning on visiting the Torrid store at the mall in-person. I'll be able to try before I buy. This is a first for me visiting "the women's section" in person, but how hard could it be?
Torrid and it's sales associates are very well equipped to help you with a bra fitting or any other clothing, shoes and accessories you may need. I was welcomed as a man and now as a woman to try on anything that fits.

As a matter of fact, very early on in my transition, I was in Torrid, dressed pretty androgynously. I had my Torrid Bombshell Skinny jeans with a cami and ladies waist length leather jacket and heeled leather booties on. My friend who works there had an above the knee skirt with a rainbow pride tank top with a ladies Oxford over it and tied at the waist. We complimented each others outfits and I told her that I wished that I could wear skirts but I wasn't ready. She said that I was ready. She told the manager what she was going to do and Kimmie the manager said she would watch the sales floor. We went in the changing room and swapped outfits. Faye's clothes fit perfectly! I thought that we would swap back before I left the store. I ended up wearing her skirt and top out of the mall and on a couple other errands that I had to run. I felt so scared at first but that quickly became replaced euphoria.

Torrid is a wonderful place for men to shop for themselves.

I shop at kohl’s,Macy’s,dillards and Nordstrom’s. No one has ever been rude to me. Some teenagers kinda give me a strange look sometimes. Probably trying to figure out what gender I am🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm probably mistaken for a lesbian more than I realize. 🤔

Of course not... but it is a bit strange for a MAN to identify as a lesbian...  Of course, it isn't typical for men to be talking about their breasts and commenting on one another's choice of brassieres.  I guess for men with breasts, identifying as lesbian is not too great a leap.  Personally, in my fantasy life it isn't a leap at all... :o

I have some strange looks from people. I think they are trying to figure things out. Of course if someone identifies as a lesbian there is nothing wrong with it.
I personally identify as heterosexual, but embrace my feminine side a well.
My clothes, "boobs", hairstyle, and general appearance would lead people into thinking I'm either a guy that looks feminine, or a gal that looks masculine. I can't hide my boobs "at all", so the gal that looks masculine I'm sure is what is most people lean towards.
And if that's what they label me as, it's wrong. But it doesn't really matter to me anyway if I'm mislabeled.

🤔 actually, embracing my feminine side while still being totally attracted to women kind of does put myself in the " lesbian" identity. Sort of?
