underarmour, nike pro, or underworks?

im looking for a heather gray V neck (if not available, then white will do). i'll go for vest/wife beater as long as someone can't see the outline of it when wearing a t-shirt, polo, dress shirt over it.

i'm 5'7" and have a 35" chest i think. here are some pics of what i look like.

i wear a small, so i should get a medium right?
