Fat in certain areas can be nasty to get rid of. And it depends on your hormones.
Speaking of which, I'll have to adjust my target a bit. Used to be 71kg, and I'm now down to 66. It's obvious that I won't get rid of this abdominal fat just by dropping to 63, so I'm now aiming for 60. I don't really want to drop more though, as 60 is already underweight going by my length (granted, I'm naturally light).
