Advice to those planning for surgery ...

1. Dont do surgery when your BMI says you are obese or overweight .. If you are overweight you will be left with excess skin , which spoils your chest .
2. Try to bring it close to your BMI . Atleast 5 kg near to your BMI .
3. Stop smoking or drinking atleast 2-3 weeks before surgery .
4. Try to do it in your early 20's . Your skin retraction will be better.

5. Decide clearly which surgery method you want . Keyhole or the other method .
6. Do a lot of research on the surgeon . Dont blindly believe his/her website photos .

7. Talk to your family. Talk to your close friends . Please dont feel shy . Otherwise you will regret .

8 . Consult 2 or 3 general/specialist doctors . Ask them if hormone levels can be controlled .
9. Consult a psychiatrist . Discuss why you wanna go for this surgery . What happens if you accept this condition . What can happen if you dont like the result ?
What if your doctor botches you chest . ??

10. Remember , if you dont like results . You can never ever live happily in life .
     you will regret forever in life ...

11 . Remember , you cannot go back to past . Once surgery is done , its done .
       You may need to live with bad result forever.

12 . Bad cosmetic surgery will take you to the worst depression in life .

13.  There are chances that , you may think you lived happily with moobs than to have this weird chest

14 . You live only once . Dont take your body cheaply . Dont puncture it for beauty purpose . Live the way you are .  Real People will like you for whatever you are .

15 , Surgery is a internet marketing . Dont fall as a prey to that .

16 . If you cant wear a t-shirt , you can weat a shirt . you wont die .
