My question is have any non-surgical treatment for gynecomastia??

I don't want to surgery,It's too expensive for me
I stay in BKK thailand

If i decide to surgery,have other good surgion u recommend
I read many guy recommend Dr.poomme/amorn
but Bumrungrad is too expensive for me krab
