may compression shirt bang nabibili dito sa pinas? nacurious kasi ako sa item na to lalo na't nakikita kong temporary solution sya! san ba nakakabili nito???

actually yung sakin kasi hindi mo mapagkakamalang gyno sa una,.. nung nagpush ups na ko at nagfocus sa chest ko lumaki sya.. siguro dahil na rin mya breast tissue, actually ok lang sakin yun kaso yung gland under my nipple ang nagpapaworse eh.. nagpopoke sya sa shirt that's why nahihirapan na ko itago

yan din naisip ko nun bro kaya me nag-stop mag GYM..
mas lalaki lang yung itsura kapag nadagdagan ng muscle.
Kaya naisip ko, mag pasurgery muna me bago mag concentrate sa pagbbuild ng chest muscle.

tama... ang problem ko din is nagstart nung nagsimula ako mag gym.. there is no turning back oras na mag push out ang glands because of chest sa muscle...

napapagalaw ko ang chest ko dahil sa mass ng muscle, ang problem is parang di masculine-looking pa rin... although natanggal na ang glands mukhang yung loose skin (or di ko alam baka meron pang glands na natitira) ang problem ko...

one of these days, mag gy gym ako ulit, and will do an intense chest work-out and lose some fat... post ko dito kung anong mangyayari

same lang pala tayo ng experiences eh. Actually pareho tayo sadneyguy na nacocontract ko na ang muscles ko sa chest yun nga lang hndi sya masculine tingnan that's why i really get conscious. Buti ka nga nakapagpasurgery ka na diba? ako matatagalan pa. Ako kasi ang naisip kong reason nun kung bakit nagchest workout ako is para mapantayan ng upper chest ko yung nakapoint na nipple w/c will do the trick. Ayus naman sya ngayon and my friends are jealous 'coz of my hard chest yun nga lang di nila alam na ang hirap din itago at mamili ng right clothes for me. Ngayon nagfofocus ako palakihin shoulder ko and arms to compensate sa hindi magandang chest. I think the gland behind my nipple really bothers me, why do we have to suffer in this kind of condition. We don't deserve this!

Well, all people here are asking the same questions, too dude.

When will it end?
It's only in our own hands on what to do with it.
Whether you accept it or not.

There's just always a point in our own life that we need to decide
on things in order to achieve the so-called Happiness and Contentment in our lives w/c is never ending.

This forum is just an outlet to at least lessen the weight on what we feel about this case. Hope everyone here would feel exactly what do they really want in life.

Any update po ? im 18 years old ngayon ko lang nakita tong site nato, kala ko ako lang may ganto, any advice po sa kung anong susuotin para pansamantalang ma hide hope na may mag reply
