i believe i am a fellow gynacomate and fluffy nippler. and fat too. i dont care about the pulp in my body but this gynaco problem has been killing. i have never been able to wear a t shirt. it stops me from mingling with friends and relatives. im 23 yrs now and im afraid i am gonna be married in a year or two. i was very shy and embarrassed to consult anybody regarding this. but i finally decided to came out of the dark and i would like to go for surgery if i can afford it.
