Guys , dont take surgery like a piece of cake .... Thats a trap ...


We are going against the nature ....

Its like chopping off a part of your body ,,,,

The great micheal jackson had to do more plastic surgery ...

When he can get wrong surgery , we are  most likely to get too ....

Always think of bad outcome also ...

Please dont risk your life by simply blindly believing doctor....

Please talk about surgery to few normal doctors ... Seek their opinion ....

Ask them about effects of liposuction and gland removal .... 

Please talk to psychiatrist once .... Dont feel bad for this ....

Please talk to atleast 2,3 friends ...

Please talk to parents ....

Please talk to sliblings ....

Once you convince them , then think of surgery ....

If you talk the problem with few close people , this will go off our mind ....

This is running in our mind for long time .... Its a poison,,,,,

The problem is we are not about this condition to anyone ...

This we try to keep ourself ... Thats the problem ....

Once we start talking little openly , this will go off our brain ...

People will think of us a fatty person who developed fat on chest ....

They will not understand gland etc ...

Just fake laugh with them if they tease...

Having natural moobs is not a shame ...

Its better than having assymetrical nipple ...

For years , i have been pushing hard for myself to get the surgery without knowing the consequences ....

dont loose life with bad lipo results ... 

we dont know what side effects we might get near heart area for getting lipo ...

I have no idea how to respond to that.
Surgery can be Major or Minor, but there are also other terms.   When I was in training to be an Air Force medic, I was taught that Major Surgery involved entering a body cavity.   So an appendix was major and  The amputation of a leg was minor?  No, the amputation would be radical. 
Other terms could be used as well. What was once called Plastic Surgery is now two branches, Cosmetic and Reconstructive. Some Surgeons might specialize in one type of surgery, like Noses, for example. 
The great, late, Bob Hope described it this way:  "Surgery on me is always major. Surgery on someone else would be minor."
We have come a long way in my lifetime.  Things change.  and one speciality today could separate into several different specialties a few years from now.
A few months ago, my EKG was not quite right.  so I later had a Nuclear Stress test.  That did not go well either. so the next step was an Angiography.  I thought perhaps another stent,  But no, The Cardiologist referred me to a Cardiac Surgeon.  The bad news is that I will have to have bypass graft surgery.  The good news is that I get to do it in a thoughtful way on a schedule, not as an emergency. 
Don't treat surgery for Gynecomastia like an Emergency, Be thoughtful, Plan your surgery in advance and select your surgeon from among those with the most experience. Take your time and do it right.

I am feeling so much of guilty for cheating the way i looked though i hated......
Now i feel like all the problems are with my mind .....
Honesty is the best thing in the world ... No need to fear anything .......
We should have the mental strength to cope up the bullying .....
Being a grown up man , we should be mature ,,,,,
This is just a body disorder ...
Nothing to feel ashame of it ......
Most of us are suffering from BDD .....

I feel like i was a coward to go under knife just for the sake of society ....
I never felt bad of by moobs ....
I lived my past thinking that what others might think.....
Just live naturally ......

For years and years , we kept the gyno condition within ourself .....
You may find to hard to believe ....
Most of us who are suffering from gyno are not mentally strong ....
We definitely need to stop thinking about gyno and live life .....


The constant hiding has made our brain worse ....

Gyno is not a disease to be treated .....
The moment when you accept that something is beyond our control , just move on....

Surgery is bad ..... We are falling a prey to internet marketing ....

Better stay strong , do exercise regularly .... Live life ,,,,,

Surgery  scars are a night mare ... Dont let it eat you....

Only cowards take surgery decision...  

I am single .....  No girl would like me if i tell the truth .....

Here in india , liposuction is not widely accepted ... That has to be used only for exterme weight loss patient ...
