ung bigay lang ni doc...tumingin kasi ako sa nike ung pro combat parang sando lang eh, ung adidas powerweb naman ok sana kaso 3k hehe

un nga rin sinasabi ni doc ung adidas or nike kaso medyo my kamahalan. Til now ang gamit ko lang din is ung elastic bandage na bigay ni doc. Nakakapag gym ka na ba ngaun? halos sabayan lang tayo ng surgery date pero parang nde ko pa kaya gumalaw galaw masyado.

na-try ko na 40lbs sa bench press ok naman, kahit push-ups ok lang din, mga 95% healed na siguro to pero ung paligid ng areola medyo matigas pa din scar tissue ata un, may maga pa pero ndi naman masakit kapag nagbubuhat

ganda ng result....nag-iiwan talaga si doc ng konti kasi kapag kinuha lahat magmumukang flat ung chest....ganyan din nangyari sakin ang sakit nung sa left chest kumpara sa right inisip ko mas madadalian si doc sa left kasi mas maliit pero hindi pala kasi   mas nakadikit ung glands, sa sobrang sakit gumagalaw mag-isa ung left arm ko hehe pero tolerable naman :)good luck sayo sana mabilis ung recovery mo

I just had my gyne surgery done today. September 20, 2013.

Well what can I say it's great looking back at the mirror without the lump on the chest. No more man boobs! That old part of me is gone. Now I can move on with my life.

Same here

I undergo consulation with Dr. Benny last Sept. 23. Before consultation,nagsend na ako ng email regarding sa operation. Dr. Benny is really accomodating and he answered all of the my question. Medyo undecisive  ako sa operation dahil sa first time ko sa operation and wala pa din ako sinasabihan sa plan for the surgery.

1Hr and 30 mins ung operation. General Anaesthesia lang ang gamit. For the operation, masakit ung first shots ng Anesthesia and ung lsat part ng operation. Kaya naman. So far, I'm happy with the results. Doc. Benny is really na amazing surgeon. Gyne Free..
