Today is my 2 months and 3 days post op.
I still sense scar tissue behind my areola.
I'll not post it yet cause it looks exactly the same as my previous posts.
The only thing that change was the slight puffiness in my right areola
was gone.. yes its true, GONE! In just one night.

I didn't do any exercise or put my myself into diet..
All i do is that I slept "nakadapa" (sorry, i forgot the english word for this)
with my hands in the chest to put some pressure in it. After I woke the next day, its gone.
I did wait for how many hours to see if it will come back...
to my surprise, it didn't. Hope this will help others.
Im not telling you guys that you do exactly the same.
It may result into something horrible, i guess... just an alternative way.

today is my 6 months and 10 days post op.
scar din problem ko lalo na sa left nipple ko. Will try Dermatix, baka ma-solusyunan pa kesa naman sa P7k na operation na naman kay DOk.. hehe.

as of now, napansin ko na may core shape sa left chest ko. pero no worries naman, diet na lang me to lessen the core figure kapag contract ko muscle.

and tama nga sabi ni crdyhc na wag maxado conscious kapag topless sa beach, la naman directly titingin sa areola mo unless "BADINGGERZY" sila.. hehe..
