Laser liposuction

Hi,
i had gyne surgery last year. am still not happy with my chest. i still see amount of fat. i think i just need liposuction. i thought laser liposuction would be a better option as it would cause less bruising/swelling (that's what i read on web sites) and healing could possibly happen sooner. did any of you have laser liposuction? if yes, please do share your experience and doctor details.
