I apply 2 Testogel a day for hypogonadism.   There is a forum here ... http://www.andropause.org.uk/newforum/forum_frameset.htm run by my andrologist Dr Carruthers in London.   He checks me out twice a year; the NHS were useless although they do dispense the medication at Dr C's direction.

First time I tried to see an endocrinologist my urologist wrote to him: "Mr Perry is a very intense man and he may take up an entire afternoon's clinic ... put him on the end of your list and set an alarm clock running on the table."   With attitudes like this it's no wonder the NHS is fatally flawed.   The Thais would never behave in such a manner, even the simplest rural governement hospital.

What facial problems did you have?   Ageing, wrinkles, big nose?   How many months ago now; fully-healed?   Satisfied with the results?

At age 53 I just have general sag and bags under the eyes.   Gently pinching the skin upwards against the tug of gravity makes me look much younger, and I guess this is what the surgeon is trying to achieve ... at least for a few years until things drop again ... heard it has to be re-done once a decade!

sounds similar to what I had. just general wear & tear! I had , upper & lower eyebags, chin liposuction, full facelift. the scars are hardly noticable at all, unless you knew where to look you could never see them. The eye scars are totally gone & thats only 3 months ago!
it was a long procedure, I was in OR for 6 hours!
Dr Termsak tends to use something called "fibrin glue" to reduce the number of stitches required , reduce any bruising & make the scars less noticable.
these guys are at the cutting edge of cosmetic surgery (sorry about pun!)

 ;D
