Slim Compression Vest?

Does anyone know where to find slim compression vest, like any other regular vest in Delhi? The two vests I have are thick and not so easy to hide under shirt/T-shirt as Delhi weather gets warm. I saw on the net showing much slimmer full length compression vests, which look quite comfortable and seem to blend well under shirt. If these are available in Delhi, I would like to know which medical stores have such products. If anyone knows, kindly share your information.
