dear sir,
gynecomastia.org is a very popular as well as guiding force for the gynecomastia people to take a decision about surgery as well as to select a surgeon.
as it is very powerful,few people may take disadvantage of it.
in india if you go by discussions,few surgeons like dr sandip jain mumbai/dr ramachandran from chennai/dr deepak k l gowda & dr anantheshwar from bangalore/dr harimenon from cochin etc got huge publicity by few persons glorified experiences.
however none of them bothered to send pre or post surgery pictures.
these posts are send by the  surgeons or by the affected person ?
recent mail is from one mr garuda writing the experience after 3 years of surgery?
1.the persons looking for suggestions send photographs compulsory/and also after the surgery.
2.before suggesting any surgeon ,the site should have good 10 photos to a particular surgeon to suggest a good surgeons.
3.the site should have  internal enquiry before putting any particular surgeons name.
4.almost every plastic surgeons  are putting paid adds in google/the person looking for surgery may not get true colors before the surgery.
5.again urging all members to post pre as well as post surgery photos/do not depend on surgeons to provide the photos/take your self[personal experience-my both surgeons refused to provide photos]
6.urging all members esp from india/bangalore to share their results to make this site useful for the public/do not allow this site to be used for wrong reasons at any cost

I AGREE ,ALSO LOOK CARFULLY AT THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS ,THERE ARE A FEW BOGUD PICS IHAVE NOTED.AS QUITE A FEW PLASTIC SUREEONS HIRE WEB MARKETING GUYS TO GIVE FAKE TESTIMONILS AND GLORITY CERTAINS DOCTORS ,WHOSE COSTS ARE INVARIABLEY EXORBITANT LIKE 100K AND ABOVE ,
THE USUAL COST IS ABOUR 45 TO 50K
