yes, Doc Benny will be back at Aug 31... but HUMANA will be on holiday.. so i'll be consulting him on September 1.

I've gone to HUMANA today for check up, as i feel that there is blood clot on my right chest, turns out it is just a bulge or swell are getting hard, i would like to extend my thanks to Nurse Rain to identify it, a good sign that it is getting better, and no more bruises, i'll post the pictures by tomorrow or later.

No more bruises... wounds from the cuts are healing... the swell are hard for both left and right chest...

few days ago i did notice that my areola seems to be diminish, and i would think that its a bit ugly for a person not to have areola, so i ask this to Nurse Rain, and she says that the areola will soon regenerates... i have high hopes for that...

how old ka na? anlaki ng nakuhang gland sa iyo.. ang isang problem lang na pwede nating makaharap is formation ng scar tissue at loose skin...

as soon as sa tingin mo magaling ka na, cardio exercise na agad para mawala ang fat... yan din ang ginagawa ko ngayon at the same time, building muscles para magtighten ang loose skin...

sadgyneguy, im currently 33yo, the worst case i can think of to resolve the scar tissue formation is to tattooed it with the same color as the areola. as for fats problem, the only thing that can make me thinner is through diet and exercise, low carbs and high protein, i already lose 40lbs before using that kind of diet from 200lbs to 160lbs, since i got an active lifestyle, but currently i got a lot of appetite, and eating becomes a hobby..  , and to go on my program takes a lot of WILL power.. 

Just take a picture last night, the camera was now in shoulder level, the left chest is now good, but the right chest still got bulge or swell, and there are some bruises due to water drops on my chest.

hindi ko pa nakikita yung akin eh...
before naka-puff yung nipple ko kapag naka relax and color pink.
ngayon, after the surgery before they put on the bandage, i saw that it turned black.
medyo nanibago tlaga me... pero mas iniisip ko yung OK na chest ko.
Free from chest pain and anything else.

nagpipink ang kulay ng nipples kung nag pupuff... nag eexpand kasi ang areola.. musta na surgery.... welcome to the club...

When I cleaned the area, napansin ko medyo pumusyaw na yung color.
natakot lang me ng bigla dumugo. nilagyan ko pa rin ng ointment and gauze.

the swell almost gone.. areola color is back to normal, though it is hard (maybe scar) tissue beneath the areola... i found problem on my right chest, it seems that there are excess tissue generated, that forces my areola to go out... got to wait for next week... and see if it go back to normal...

To those who had undergone surgery with Dr. Herbosa. Magkano yung total cost ng surgery?

Consultation is 1K, di ba?
