@sheldon du u have pics of ur chest. para makita namin ang result ng operation mo kay doc benny.. im not that fat naman im 5'9 weighng 132lbs. i actuallyy loose wait from 145lbs.

Sorry tol, im not ready pa to post my chest, maybe 3 months pa, kasi yung left nip ko medyo di pa talaga ok, pero may improvement na since my surgery, time pa kelangan ko dito.

@jopet - ok naman ang lahat.. puspusan ang pag chechest nitong 2 months... oks naman ang akin.. kontento na ako... last month as i have said.. nag start na akong mag swimming... di naman nila tititigan ang chest ko... hehe... unless kung bading sila.. kung babae titingin sa chest ko eh... haha... lagut sila...

@devonlucky - masyado ka yatang payat ah... o.. baka boxingero ka...

@Sheldon - mag start ka na rin mag diet at chest exercise...

sa ngayon.. nararamdaman ko na ang sakit ng scar tissue... nag pupuff rin ang right areola ko.. sa tingin ko di lumapat ang right areola sa muscle.. kaya nakapasok ang fat o tissue in between... though... tuwing nag bebench press ako.. lumiliit ang areola.. pero after few hours.. mag pupuff uli.. MAGIC.. ika nga... hehe

Ok na ah.. buti sayo kahit papano ok yung scar around ng areola.

mas maliit ang areola ko compare sa yo.. kaya.. di ganun kalaki ang scar sa areola.. pero.. yun scar tissue beneath areola.. malaki..

hmm hnd din cgro dun bro. yung sa right areola ko, ok naman yung scar. halata pero acceptable na din para sa akin. yung sa left areola ko lang tlaga problem ko. it seemed hindi siya maxado nagsara nung tinanggal yung stitches kaya nagkaron ng formation ng raised scar. kaya nga di ba nasabi ko sayo before na ang lakas ng tagas ng blood sa akin kasi yung opening medyo malaki. yung color ng left areola ko ngayon eh medyo kinain na ng scar yung 1/4 circumference. hindi na tlaga normal. Any idea on how to resolve this? la ata si dok today sa pinas. hindi tumalab yung old fashioned way na SEBO DE MACHO. sa tingin mo surgery ba ito ulit? na-try ko nga i-scrub, may mga puti puti na parang dandruff ang naaalis. but in the end, nagsugat.

May major problem na naman ako ulit.

sorry pero talagang may mali sa chest nya kahit na sabihin pa nating perfect shape sya.. mali ang position ng nipples nya.. ang weird talaga.. sobrang taas.. malapit ng mapunta sa upper chest nya na supposedly malapit lang dun dapat sa cuts sa lower muscles yun..

tintin ko parang tinanggalan sya excess skin kaya nagkaganyan yan.. hayss.. ang pangit pa ring tingnan kung nakahubad sya.. maraming matatawa.

but the point is the very big improvement afterwards. sa mga doctor, 80% improvement is ok. but this is above 100%!

2 months ago.. theres numbness around the areola... and now.. i feel slight pain around areola or scar tissue.. is your case the same?
