1 year post op with residual gland/fat tissue looking for revision

Hi all,

Had me surgery around 1 year ago but still find my nipples puffy. I only had gland removal back then. Will it get better if i have lipo for my revision? 
Besides, I find my cutting scar along my right side areola circumference very obvious. Is it possible to improve? Thanks a lot.

Really appreciate your reply Dr. Jacob. Unfortunately I lost my pre-op photos. I tried to include photos of current situation from different angles and they are added in the same link. My gyno case was mild and really it just looked like only my nipples were poking out. I included a photo (not myself) which I think is more or less my situation. Thanks very much.

From the photos you originally posted, it appears that you have a nice looking chest with perhaps slight puffiness of the nipples.  The scars might be amenable to revision surgery but really you need an expert to look at them close-up in order to determine feasibility.

'Your puffy nipples may be due to incomplete gland excision or scar tissue or both.  Again, best to return to your original surgeon to discuss these issues.  You might also seek a second opinion from a gyne expert prior to your discussion with the original surgeon.
