13 days post-op bleeding

I am 13 days post-op of glandular excision only gynecomastia surgery. Stitches were removed 10 days post-op with no bleeding. Tonight I came out of the shower and noticed the incision on my left nipple was bleeding. It was kinda watery though. Should I be concerned? I've covered the incision with a plaster I was given after surgery and will be calling the doctor tomorrow morning.

This could be a little nothing or something significant, there are not enough details here to comment further. I would call your surgeon.
