4 months post op, it is returning?

So i had the op in october last year and it was great, everything was flat, no problems except scar tissue but now when i squeeze the nipple i can feel a lump again and it seems like it is slowly coming back and getting worse again, any opinions or advice would be great (pictures are in order from before to after the op)

True breast tissue does not regrow. You could be getting some increased scar tissue which if really there generally responds to steroid injections. Check with your surgeon.
