im a younger guy 26 and have a pretty thin build. i have pretty minor gyno but im going to have surgery done in about four months.

my question is: is it a good idea to work out before surgery?  ive been wanting to work out so i have a bit more muscle to look at after surgery but i didnt know if that would be a good or bad idea when it came to surgery.

Is it easier to do surgery on someone that is more built?
would i get better results or would my skin stretching from weight training actually hurt my recovery?

There is absolutely no harm in working out prior to surgery -- but it will not affect the surgery whatsoever or affect your recovery.

You will not be able to work out for a bit after surgery, but then you should be able to resume your workouts.

Good luck -- and do careful research about choosing the best surgeon for yourself.
