after gyno surgery I don't feel satisfied !!!

I have an gyno surgery before 1 year & 4 month but i did't massage the chest very will and i can feel the blood clouting under the skin it's feel like small soap under the skin .
dose this gonna despair or it gonna stay ??  or should I see doctor !!

The one photo really is not sufficient for us to judge.  Do you have any better, closer photos and do you have any photos of your chest prior to surgery?

Sorry to tell you but in my opinion, you still have residual tissue.  Obviously, without pre-op pix, cannot tell how much improvement you have had.  But looking at the results, I think it should have been better.

No amount of massage at this time will help.

I'd have to agree with Dr. Jacobs. Based on the photos you've posted, it still looks like there's tissue there.

the problem is am right now in the US for studying so I can't see my doctor but i remamber that after a 4 week from the surgery i start to feel that  residual tissue that DR. JACOBS say and my dr told me that is from the blood clotting do you think that maybe it's blood clotting and it's going to despair after a couple of month or should i see a dr  because right now i start to worry that I should do the surgery agin !!!

You told us that it has been 1 year and 4 months since your operation.  At this point, the results that you have will not change.  It will not disappear ot improve spontaneously.

Time to see your surgeon whenever possible.

I do not see any scars . Did you actually have surgery? Your photos are similar to those shown on the site by someone in either India or Pakistan asking about surgery.
