Any serious health issues ever come up during surgery ?

Have any of you doctors ever had serious emergency or health issues ever come during surgery ?
I was just wondering and I think people often forgot that ps or doctors first and should be qualified to handle any situations.

Fortunately, I have never had any serious complication or health emergency in a gynecomastia patient.  I do all of my procedures in a hospital setting, and appropriate precautions are taken to minimize risk of problems.
