Appreciate Doctors Insight to my case

Dear Doctors.  I am here to kindly seek further opinions on my case of gynecomastia. I only just realised I most likely  have this condition and have taken the plunge to  go for an initial visit to a plastic surgeon dealing with such issues..  Could you please let me know how complex my case is? Would it also require lipo? Or is this too mild... As you can see I'm not thst overweight but I clearly have gyne..  I was told local anesthesia would be appropriate for my case. I also will have first do a mammography and a full blood test to see whether my gyne build up isn't due to other factors..  I've only developed gyne over the past 3 years...  So it's all very new to me. Would appreciate an analysis of my case based on pictures I will provide in this post. Appreciate any valuable info you could give me to ask my doctor in my future scheduled visit...
