Ballparking the cost of surgery.

I have puffy nipples with the hard rubbery discs behind them, the breasts are rather large given my frame. I'm skinny and my ribs are visible. However my gyno sticks out a few inches if you were to put a ruler extending from my ribcage. My nipples also kinda go to either side, like this:

This is the best I can do. I'm poor and can't afford a decent enough camera. I'd just like to know the cost because my insurance luckily covers heart attacks.

Cost will vary around the country, so it's hard to give you a specific figure without knowing where you are.  In the Boston area, total cost is in the $5500 to $7000 range, which includes all fees.
