Can a seroma reoccur?

I had a seroma after a revision of my gynecomastia surgery to remove scar tissue that formed after the first surgery. A week after the surgery, I had a small seroma, but after it was aspirated twice, it went away. I know that you’re supposed to not exercise when you have a seroma, but can exercising after a seroma is gonna cause it to reoccur?

By now, if the seroma has not recurred, it's fine to be exercising.  I usually have my patients hold off for a week or so.  Long-term, once resorbed or aspirated, they don't usually come back unless they aren't fully resolved in the first place.
