Choosing the right Doctor for my Surgery

So... my case of Gynecomastia is considered mild. I have a Bodybuilder's type chest with big nipples that point out. The gland is not huge or anything... looks almost exactly like that: cosmetic-md.com/media/patients/1975_jpg_500x500_q85.jpg

I finally made up my mind about going to surgery, and got a positive response from the insurance company that 70% of the operation will be covered.
Problem is, I can only choose one of the doctors they are working with.
After eliminating some really average doctors, I'm left with the best in my opinion, which are:

Wanted to hear what you Doctors think about the results of each Doctor, and which one did the best work in your opinion.

I am not familiar with any of the docs. I am surprised that any of it is covered by insurance. In my area (Maryland) unless the gynecomastia is caused by a hormone secreting tumor, or disorder, it is not covered. maybe you could ask the surgeon's office for some patients you could speak to.
