Creasing, Indentation, Pink Scar 3 years

I'll post pictures once I figure out how to, but for now I just want to ask the doctors about possible reasons for creasing and if revision ,with fat flaps or injections,  can actually make the chest normal looking again ?

I had minor gynecomastia on both sides. I had glandular excision with no lipo. When my arms are at my sides and my body is warm everything looks a-okay; but when I flex or raise my arms above my head my nipples will sink slightly leaving a dent. Not a large one, but enough to bother me... Also, when my body is cold and my nipples contract a crease forms above and below my nipple.
