Do I have gynaecomastia?

I am 14 and I have a puffy nipple on one side and it's raised by about a half inch than my other Brest it is very tender and sore it has a disc under it with a ball shaped thing on top of it and I'm embarrassed to ask for help do you think I have gynaecomastia?

You would be best to speak with your folks and then visit your pediatrician.  If this has just started, there is a good chance it will spontaneously resolve by itself.  But if it persists for 2-3 years or more, it may be permanent and then surgery might be indicated.

As a minor the first thing you need to understand is that any decision needs to go through your parents. Have a good talk with your folks.
