Doctor please help!!

Hello doctor
Its my 15th day post surgery where both lipo and gland
Excision had been performed. I still experience fluctuating puffiness
And shrinking of both my nipples. Is this normal ? Does it stop over time?
And also does alchohol consumption and masturbation affect the healing process?
 All these have just got me too worrying !!!

You are much too early in the healing process to make any conclusions about the success of your surgery.

Intermittent swelling is the norm at this stage.

Alcohol, in moderation, would probably not affect you.  Same for masturbation.

Your results will continue to change for several months after the surgery related to phases in healing and swelling, etc.  Continued compression is helpful to minimize some of the fluctuation in swelling, but it really just takes time to reach your final result.
