Does this Doctor has good qualification?

I'm getting my surgery done in next week with Dr.K.S.Chaudhari and why I'm surgery with him is 1.Cheapest rate 2.I had a discussion with him and he was good in explaining(though not sure how he practically is).

But found somewhere here that he does not have a plastic surgery degree and so he will not be helpful.

Can someone please clear me on this? since i'm unable to post links to his website, i'm pasting his qualification details here:

I have no idea who he is ,but why would you want to have your surgery performed by someone who according to your post specializes in hair transplantation?

Based on his website, he may be a dermatologist--focuses on laser treatments and hair transplantation.  It's not clear that he has much surgical training from what I could find.

It's because he has quoted the cheapest price  and he says he has done 1000s of surgeries already. So is he a hair transplant specialist mainly? If so, hair transplant are not good at gynecomastia surgery in general?

Is there any way to check personally about his credentials? he is the cheapest rate quoted doctor as far as I know and I would be really glad if I get surgery done at this cost. What would be the possible side affects if he does not do the surgery perfectly?

There are many poor results complained about throughout this forum due to crater deformity, scarring, asymmetry, contour irregularities, and so on.  Depending on how severe your condition is, and how well or poorly it's corrected, you might feel worse about how it looks after the surgery than before.  And it's much more difficult and often expensive to try and correct a bad result than to get a good result the first time around.

Why is your primary criterion for selecting a surgeon "the cheapest price"?  From what I've read here this doctor may not even be a surgeon.  Why would you risk this?

I have changed my mind and the doctor too. I'm getting my surgery done on tomorrow with Dr.Sandip Jain. The cost is more than the double comparing to this doctor k.s.
