Hello Dr. Jacobs, I would like to have this surgery done by you because I was incredibly excited when I saw the before and after pictures on your website. If I want to have surgery in the middle of march when is the right time to come for a consultation? Also, what is the average cost for this surgery including all fee's? Thank you!
