fat or gynecomastia? im confused

I weight 75 kg and 182 cm tall, i was fat but lost weight and i dunno if this is fat or gyno

Based on only one (poor) photo, it does appear that you have gyne.  Gyne may be defined as ANY excess tissue on a male chest.  Many men think it is fat and it can be exercised away.  Did you ever talk to your body and tell it where you want to disappear and where you want it to stay?  It doesn't happen.

More than likely, you have a combination of fat and breast tissue.

You have gynecomastia. All cases of gynecomastia have a combination of glandular tissue and fat.The ratio of fat to glandular (breast)tissue varies in each individual. The term gynecomastia is derived from two  Greek words:  gyno - which translates to feminine and mastia - breast. The combination of the two Greek terms into the medical term gynecomastia essentially means feminine appearing breasts in a male.
