Foods not to eat before surgery?

My surgeon sent me a list of ingredients in food I shouldn't eat 2 weeks before surgery including garlic.. I had one piece of KFC chicken yesterday and my surgery is in a week, I googled and found out a ingredient in their chicken is garlic powder, is this a big deal?

No, garlic powder in fried chicken is not a big deal.  But too much KFC and you will gain weight, including added volume on your moobs.
