Gynecomastia or just fat?

I tried feeling under the nipple, and I there is a sort of mass but I can't tell if it's just fat or not. I have been noticing that my nipples have been poking out of my shirts since I start working out a lot and I wanted to see if I had gyno. I am a 21 year old male, I am 6'4, and weigh around 208 pounds. Since the photo sizes are too big I have to post a link to the photos. http://imgur.com/a/iex4x

You may have slight puffy nipples, which represents a small amount of gland directly under the areolas.  Feeling for something is a fool's errand -- you fingers cannot differentiate between gland or fat.

If you are still unsure as to what to do, visit a gyne expert in your area for an evaluation.  That doesn't mean surgery -- it simply means you would get an opinion.
