would appreciate your comments. thanks.

Gyno is slang for gynecomastia. Gynecomastia or female like breasts on a male body comes in many different sizes and shapes. If the contour does not say male but even a pubescent female breast such as in subtle Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia, then it is gynecomastia by definition. The Anatomy of Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia consists of gland, fat, and skin.  All mammals, both male and female, will have gland in the breast.

Hope this helps,

I did look at your pictures and gave you an answer. The contour does not say male, it is gynecomastia by definition as stated above.

I'm guessing you mean is it glandular or fatty?  Looking at the way the nipple puffs out and the areola is distended, you most likely have some glandular element along with the fat.  A combination of liposuction and direct excision would work well to get you a nice chest shape.

Agree with Dr. Silverman.  A moderate case of gynecomastia with apparent puffy nipples -- a sign of solid breast tissue directly beneath the nipples.

My educated guess is that surgery would require both excision and lipo.

Good luck -- and do your doctor research well.  There are many excellent gyne surgeons around the country -- just take the time to check them out thoroughly.
