Is this Gyno?

I feel like it is somewhat a case of gyno, however my nipples appearance don't change, as to bumps beneath the nipples, I'm not sure how to feel it, but as far as I'm concerned there aren't any. You may have a very mild case of gynecomastia based on your photos.  The appearance is not conclusive, and generally, patients with gynecomastia will complain of excessive projection (puffiness) of the nipples when it's warm, and improvement with colder temperatures when the nipple tightens up.  If I understand you correctly, that's not something that happens to you. Similarly, you don't describe any masses under the nipple.  In such cases, an exam might reveal an excess of soft fatty tissue at the most, but perhaps no significant glandular element.
