had gyno surgry 3 days ago now the left chest area around my nipple is green and little bit red.is it normal ?

You probably have some bruising, which represents free blood under the skin as a result of your surgery.  Bruising can be red/purple/green/gray/yellow or any combination thereof.

What is important is that your chest is symmetric -- ie both sides roughly the same contour.  If the side you are talking about is much larger than the other side, it may represent a collection of blood and you should re-visit your surgeon.

It sounds like bruising,however if the redness increases I would give your surgeon a call.
