Hematoma After Gynecomastia Surgery

Since, I can't respond on the previous thread. When their is hematoma after gynecomastia surgery what can be done ?
I know most of the time it will go done on it's own. But, many of us will be traveling to get the gynecomastia surgery done and
can't come back if this comes up. What do we do ? I wouldn't want to go to my regular doctor becuase of the questions that
he / she would ask and insurance would turn down billing.
