Any cream i should use or something to make them heal faster? Thanks.

They look like 2-week old scars...Not much to say.  Options for scar management include silicone gel products, such as ScarFade, Scarless, Scar Guard and so on.  Also Mederma--I'm not a fan--don't think it does much.  Most of these scars fade well without any intervention.  Ask your surgeon for recommendations.

Overall, the scars are healing well for just two weeks.

Give it six months before you make any definite conclusions.  Remember, there will always be a scar present.
