What is the window of time in the postoperative period during which Kenalog can be effective? Is there a time point that you have found to be best?

I have a follow-up scheduled at the 6 month mark. My hematoma side is still a bit larger, but I understand that at 13 weeks this might be expected. I'm wondering if Kenalog might help if there is still asymmetry at 6 months.

Thanks!

Kenalog may be useful at any time after gynecomastia surgery if the issue is related to scar or persistent swelling.  Six months is well within any window for its use.
