Lipo or lipo with excision with pics please help

Well i had my first consultation today with Dr. Bengtson of grand rapids and am now quite confused.  From what I had read, i thought that what I had was gynecomastia with contribution mostly from glandular tissue.  Dr. Bengtson however advised no glandular excision but only the use of slim lipo which would remove the fat between the little glandular tissue that I had while simultaneously firming up and tightening my skin against my pectoral muscle.  It seems however that he is a big advocate for the use of this procedure with almost all cosmetic surgeries.  It is personally hard for me to tell just by squeezing whether this is gland or fat tissue.  Im posting pics, please give me advice on whether or not this looks to be glandular or adipose based or both.
