Massage chest fluid or not? (3days post op)

I have lots of swelling and fluid accumulation in my chest (3days post op).

Should I try and massage it away towards my lymph nodes?

(I don't have any tubes)

You need to see your surgeon to help you determine the cause of the swelling and the proper management. You may have fluid, blood, or even residual tissue.  If it's just swelling, then massage can be useful.  If it's something else, other treatment may be appropriate.
