Nipple shrinking sometimes

Sir I have a lot of fat and wieght in my body throughout childhood...
But iam 16 now and slightly
Overweight so that I found a rubbery substance under my nipples and sometimes the nipples shrinks and sometimes enlarges..

What is the reason since u contain more fat shall it disappear by exercises....
 Iam also find cubical building blocks if fat even in side of both nipples....

The areolas have a very thin layer of muscle which cause the areola to shrink when it is cold or stimulated. This is normal. Some guys with gynecomastia have problems with "puffy nipples". This is when the areola can be a little weak and allow the breast tissue that lives underneath to protrude outward. the treatment for this is to remove the breast issue.
