Dear Doctors,
First of all thanks in advance for giving your valuable time to the community.
I developed symptoms of gynecomastia around an year back. Is there any way to get rid of this problem by any specific medicine, exercise, life-style change ? Also, I have seen reduced sexual desired since this started developing, is there any direct correlation between the two, and how can I fix that ?
Looking forward to your replies.
Thanks again.

There are really not any successful non surgical treatments. Weight loss and exercise can sometimes help, but it can also make the gynecomastia appear more prominent as all of the surrounding fat "melts away" leaving the true glandular enlargement more visible. I do not think that the gynecomastia directly is causing your decreased libido.
